1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 14 days from the time you place your order to the time your order arrives.
2. What shipping service do you use? Can I track my order?
We ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking number when your product ships, along with a receipt.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally, but please Contact Us if you have an inquiry about bulk international orders (4 bags or more). We're extending our shipping services to accommodate international orders soon - stay tuned.
4. I received my order, but it is faulty. What can I do?
Thin Air Gear offers a Limited 5-Year Warranty on all of its products. It covers workmanship only, and we are not responsible for damage to our products that is outside the normal purview of wear and tear. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us via email at mark@thinairgear.com. We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product and will either repair or send a replacement product to fulfill the warranty terms.
