We ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking number when your product ships, along with a receipt. 

At this time, we do not ship internationally, but please Contact Us if you have an inquiry about bulk international orders (4 bags or more). Thin Air Gear offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of its products. It covers workmanship only, and we are not responsible for damage to our products that is outside the normal purview of wear and tear. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us via email at support@thinairgear.com. We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product and will either repair or send a replacement product to fulfill the warranty terms.
